Short write-ups from the studio. New ones as we ship things.

We rebuilt our own site in four days

The old Elumo homepage was a hero image and a color playground. Nice to look at, but it did not sell anything.

The reset: a dark split layout — our brand panel stays put on the left while the work scrolls on the right. Every project shows a real screenshot of the live homepage, floating like a browser tab over imagery pulled from that site.

The rule we followed: the site should prove we build sites. No stock art, no filler sections, real work and real prices on the first screen.

Intake first, pixels second

Every project here starts with an intake call, not a design file. We learn the business, the audience, and what winning looks like before anything gets built.

Then comes a written direction — comps and a plan you approve before the build starts. It is the cheapest moment in the whole project to change your mind.

The build itself is fast because of that order, not in spite of it. Punch lists at the end catch everything else.
