The problem

Team goals and deal numbers lived in spreadsheets nobody opened. The numbers that should drive the week were invisible to the room.

What we did

We designed and built the full product: a goals board, a client portal with its own goals and colors editor, and a sheet-ledger mode for deal metrics on a Postgres backend. Then we put it on the big screen — a native Samsung TV app designed at TV scale, bright and readable from across the room.

The result

The board now runs on the TVs in the client’s office, and the team sees its numbers all day. The switch to Skopos took their dashboard cost from $3,600 a year to a one-time $1,197, and they now have the freedom to control every aspect of the dashboard.

$3,600/yr → $1,197 once.

Brand guidelines

  1. 01

Dark surfaces, cream ink. Color is reserved for data — goals, states, and alerts.

  2. 02

TV mode is its own scale: bright backgrounds and oversized type, readable from across a room.

  3. 03

Numbers are always mono and always tabular — a board that ticks should never jitter.

  4. 04

The quadrant mark stands alone at small sizes; the wordmark carries product pages.
